Located on the second floor of the Écouis town hall, the municipal library offers over 6,000 books, some of which are on loan from the Médiathèque Départementale d?Evreux.
In addition to the library's twice-yearly purchases of new titles, 500 items are renewed every 6 months at the M.D.E. and distributed across different areas:
Youth area: albums, hardback books, comics, mangas, novels, magazines (J?aime lire, Image doc, Wapiti, Toupie, etc.), record books, documentaries, puzzles, games, reading corner and work table.
Adult area: novels (terroir, detective, science fiction, etc.), short stories, large-print novels, documentaries, magazines (60 millions, 4 saisons du jardin bio, etc.), local and regional collection, reading corner.
