Personal data is kept within Nouvelle Normandie tourist office for a period of three years. Nouvelle Normandie tourist office prohibits the transfer or concession of the benefit of this authorization as well as all personal data to a third party. It prohibits the dissemination of any image, photograph, or video that could harm the dignity or honor of the person photographed.

Access to your personal data is strictly limited to Nouvelle Normandie tourist office.

We are committed to not selling, renting, transferring, or giving third parties access to your data without your prior consent.

In accordance with the "Data Protection and Liberties" law of January 6, 1978, as amended, and European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, you have the right to access, rectify, transfer, and delete your data, as well as to limit its processing. You may also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of your data by sending a request via mail addressed to Nouvelle Normandie tourist office. For security reasons and to prevent any fraudulent requests, this request must be accompanied by a form of identification. The identification document will be destroyed once the request has been processed.
