We handle bookings for groups of 20 people or more. For smaller groups under this size, please directly contact the specific venues or sites you wish to visit.
Step-by-Step Booking Process
Step 1: Inquiry & Information Have you found the perfect tour, day trip, or getaway on our website? Click on our “Contact Form” or reach out directly to your dedicated contact by phone or email. We will send you a personalized proposal completely free of charge.
Step 2: Booking Contract If you are happy with our proposal, a booking contract will be sent to you after we have double-checked availability with our partners.
Step 3: Confirming Your Stay Your reservation is finalized once a 30% deposit is requested (issued via the French Public Treasury / Trésor Public). The signed contract must be returned to us before the deadline specified on the document.
Step 4: Before Your Trip A few days before your departure, you will receive all the necessary documents to ensure your itinerary runs smoothly: access maps, schedules, contact details, and vouchers.
Step 5: Final Payment Following your trip, the final invoice will be sent to you by the Public Treasury to settle the balance, along with a guest satisfaction questionnaire.

Yes, absolutely. Our teams work closely with our local partners to adapt our itineraries and services to meet your specific requirements, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience for everyone in your group.
Payment is processed securely through the French Public Treasury (Trésor Public). You will first be asked to pay a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. The final invoice to settle the remaining balance will be sent to you by the Public Treasury after your stay.
