Placed behind the Eglise Sainte-Radegonde, next to the graves of the Monet and Van der Kemp families, this memorial pays tribute to seven young British soldiers who died in an air crash on Giverny's Plaine des Ajoux on June 7, 1944. The propeller on the memorial is that of their plane, a Lancaster bomber belonging to the Royal Air Force.
