Facing the Seine, between the Château des Tourelles and the Vieux Moulin, come and admire Olivier Gerval?s work "People", featuring seven galvanized and painted steel statues, the largest measuring up to 3.90m. Created in 1996, the ensemble was exhibited in Japan until 1998, before finding its final home in Vernon, where it was inaugurated on April 30, 1999 by Vernon mayor Jean-Claude Asphe.
