Behind this stone facade and beautiful wooden staircase, you will find well-equipped accommodation with modern decor, with a private courtyard ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors as soon as the first rays of sunshine appear. In the heart of the Eure Valley, you will discover landscapes shaped by the river, why not during a bike ride on the Eure-Express route, linking Chartres to Rouen. Sports enthusiasts will also appreciate access to a private tennis court located about 200 m away, and the proximity to the GR26 for beautiful hikes. Less than 30 kilometers away, Évreux and its shops are available to you, as is Giverny and its famous Claude Monet gardens. STUDIO ON THE 1ST FLOOR: Entrance to the spacious living room, with a comfortable sitting area with television and sofa bed offering two additional beds. Well-equipped kitchenette and dining area.
