In Saint-Marcel, near Vernon in Normandy, Ferme de l'Ecoufle offers products from their family farm of free-range chickens and guinea fowl.
Grégory and Laurie have started a family business raising free-range chickens and guinea fowl.
They welcome you to their farm and offer you ready-to-cook free-range poultry and guinea fowl (only for Christmas and Easter), fed with cereals grown on the farm. But also fresh eggs from their laying hens.
On the farm stalls: chicken, guinea fowl, fresh eggs, natural green pepper and Espelette pepper rillettes.
What's more, they offer a range of poultry-based dishes (e.g. chicken colombo, coq au vin, poulet au cidre, etc.)

You can find their products in a self-service vending machine in Saint-Marcel, behind the swimming pool on rue Louis Blériot, open 7 days a week

They also organize an open house on Easter Sunday at the farm.
